Systech opens European headquarters in Belgium

The new office compliments its UK-based operations and will further enable its sales and professional services teams to readily oversee in-region deployments. The establishment of the European headquarters is said to allow Systech to further support its customers’ global product and growth strategies. The location will only enhance Systech’s ability to respond to its international customers’ needs for vision inspection, line management, performance metric and serialization solutions.

Systech has also increased its customer support teams to provide level one, two, and three support to fulfill the company’s service level agreements. This allows the company to deliver the most consistent responsive service performance for its product implementations. In addition to the new dedicated staff, the location features a lab for sample testing and evaluation and a strategic spare parts warehouse for easy and timely responses to system-related issues.
