WuXi PharmaTech names new vice president of finance

Mr Zhou’s responsibilities in his new role include financial planning and analysis, ERP system implementation, tax, and treasury.

Prior to joining WuXi PharmaTech, Mr Zhou worked for 11 years at General Electric. Most recently he was finance director of Greater China for GE Medical Diagnostics and Life Sciences. He has also served as an auditor for GE Corporate.

The company has also appointed Christine Lu-Wong as its new vice president and chief accounting officer. She will be responsible for financial reporting and accounting operations. Both Mr Zhou and Ms Lu-Wong will report to Edward Hu, COO and acting CFO of WuXi PharmaTech.
