The addition of LifeTrak will enable the blood center to manage thousands of donor records, including the donor eligibility requirements that blood centers are required to calculate.
LifeTrak will also serve as the core donor management system to schedule, recruit and register donors for three fixed locations as well as Central Jersey Blood Center’s (CJBC’s) significant number of mobile blood drives.
The addition of LifeTrak provides CJBC staff the advantage of having a common data environment across all their core systems to maximize efficiencies. Using the full suite ensures that CJBC staff are maximizing recruiting efforts through highly targeted awareness campaigns and that donor records are maintained in a secure environment, the company said.
