Lumar Diagnostic Imaging will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bederra when the acquisition is completed by the end of the first quarter 2008.
Graham Williams, president of Bederra, said: “The transaction is based upon using cash and debt financing to complete the acquisition.”
