Under the terms of the deal, Sinclair will supply Aloclair Spray to Omni Preventive Care, which will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of the product in the US market. Omni will have the exclusive rights to promote Aloclair Spray to dental professionals and consumers. Sales are expected to commence within this financial year
Aloclair Spray has marketing clearance in the US and the EU, and Sinclair has marketing partners for the Aloclair range in 29 countries worldwide.
“We are confident that Omni will establish Aloclair Spray as a successful new brand in the US. This deal consolidates our strong network of marketing partners for our product portfolio, in the US and 60 other countries around the world,” said Dr Michael Flynn, CEO of Sinclair Pharma.
