The licensing agreement and associated maintenance and support contract include products from across the suite of I-many’s ContractSphere including I-many Contract Analytics, Contract Manager, Cars, Government Pricing, and Cars Business Intelligence.
The combination of these products are expected to put Sanofi-Aventis Canada in the position to manage the entire contracting process from pre-deal analytics through offer development, negotiation, execution, adjudication, post-deal analysis and renewal. Sanofi-Aventis Canada has also contracted with I-many to perform the professional service installation.
Sanofi-Aventis Canada is said to be the first company to license I-many Contract Analytics, the newest product in I-many’s ContractSphere suite. I-many’s Contract Manager will help to ensure process and pricing policy compliance across the company and enhance audit trail capability throughout the life-cycle of every contract.
