Mr Frederick brings to NovaRay 20 years of financial leadership in strategic planning, financial reporting, mergers, acquisitions and international finance. Prior to joining NovaRay, Mr Frederick was senior vice president and CFO at Pharsight, a provider of software, strategic consulting and regulatory services for optimizing clinical drug development.
Before Pharsight, Mr Frederick was the CFO of Versata, a provider of business rules management software and services for developing data-intensive applications.
