Ms Mulligan succeeds Adrian Saldanha, who had been serving as Biovail’s interim CFO.
Ms Mulligan was most recently a principal at Priiva Consulting, a game theory consulting practice. Prior to that, Ms Mulligan served as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer of Linamar from 2005 to 2007.
