Novartis said that the agreement is an extension to the existing relationship with Adesso Solutions and confirms they will continue to provide trade planning and execution, check request processing, and deduction management software solutions to both the US and Canadian Divisions.
The multi-year commitment between the two companies provides a platform for continued collaboration regarding future product features and business process automation enhancements at Novartis.
Adesso Solutions Client Services VP David Skerke said that Novartis sees the value in the SaaS software model and ERP-integrated solutions, and they expect this would be the continuation of a long-term and mutually beneficial relationship.
