Avidas and LaRon have entered into an agreement, where LaRon will co-promote Avidas’ Avidoxy defence kit and Scalacort defence kit .
The Avidoxy defence kit includes Avidoxy, indicated as adjunctive therapy for severe acne, along with complimentary defence acne wash. Scalacort defence kit includes Scalacort (hydrocortisone lotion USP) 2%.
Under the terms of the agreement, LaRon will provide sales support focused on primary care and internal medicine physicians in the US, while Avidas will continue its sales force specialty focus in dermatology. Avidas will also maintain full marketing rights for each of the products.
