Under the terms of the agreement, Century will be responsible for manufacturing and marketing those new products in the sports nutrition industry.
Additionally, both the companies have also decided to sign another agreement within one year whereby, subject to Century meeting minimum purchase requirements from BioExx, Century will have an exclusive right to market products for sports nutrition applications based on BioExx proteins to a pre-defined list of existing clients serviced by Century.
Century president Thomas Miskowski said they pride themselves on recognizing market trends and as protein markets continue to shift and seek alternate solutions, their alliance with BioExx can be a key enabler in addressing these trends.
