The products include the new Xpress 100 tablet press, the Xpress 700 and the XL Cota 150 tablet coater.
The Xpress product range consists of single and double-sided rotary tablet presses as well as a WiP-option (Washing in Place) allowing for flexible tablet production of small, medium and large batch sizes.
The tablet presses of the Xpress product range is expected to fulfill the pharmaceutical industry’s needs for flexibility and safety, as well as low investment and operation costs.
With its data acquisition system, the Manesty Xpress 100 will evaluate new tableting formulations, while the double-sided tablet press Xpress 700 produces nearly 1million tablets per hour.
Manesty XL Cota 150 tablet coater, which was developed for batches up to 230 litres, will use fully perforated pan technology delivering efficient and controllable coating processes.
The Manesty technology helps to avoid product contamination and protects maintenance staff.
