Bosch Packaging introduces new FHM 1000 series laboratory device

Suitable for pharmacists, the new development can be used in laboratories and early clinical trials, while the filling parameters of the series can be easily scaled-up to production systems.

The measurement of all the appropriate parameters and specification in the laboratory can be transferred to the production machines without additional settings.

Bosch Packaging site manager Joachim Brenner said that the company’s goal is to offer its customers compact and modular laboratory filling systems that support their everyday working processes.

The FHM series facilitates the design of experiments (DoE) for customers.

Bosch Packaging Technology product manager Andreas Groß said, "An interdisciplinary team of development and market experts successfully implemented the user experience approach for our new laboratory device FHM 1000."

The laboratory device series is currently available in four different modules, including the Human Machine Interface (HMI), the filling module, the weighing module and the needle movement.

All the automatic processes are operated from the HMI, which is the backbone of the FHM 1000laboratory device.
