Exagen names new vice president and COO

In his new role, Mr Alsobrook oversees Exagen’s day-to-day operations, company alliances and genomic marker discovery and development programs. Mr Alsobrook reports to Waneta Tuttle, founder and interim CEO of Exagen.

Prior to joining Exagen, Mr Alsobrook worked as a consultant for clients including Genaissance Pharmaceuticals, Amersham Health, GE Healthcare and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Mr Alsobrook holds BS degrees in biochemistry and physics from California State University Los Angeles, and both an M Phil and a PhD from Yale University’s Department of Genetics.
