Based on the collective labor agreement signed on May 8, 2008 with its social partners, a total of 24 labor contracts will be terminated in a first phase procedure effective June 1, 2008.
On June 1, 2008 the biologicals production unit will be re-integrated into Innogenetics under the name Innogenetics Biologicals.
