IntelliDOT names new board member

In addition to her role as CEO, Ms Laub is a member of the board of directors of Policy Studies. Previously, Ms Laub was CEO-in-residence of MML Group of Scottsdale, Arizona, which provided consulting services for private equity firms.

Ms Laub holds a BS in food science from North Dakota State University at Fargo, and completed graduate-level studies in accounting at Northern Illinois University at DeKalb.

According to the company, two current board members, Peter Craddock, managing director of Shoreline Venture Management and Gerry Forth, co-founder of IntelliDOT, are stepping down from the board after providing more than six years of service and guidance. Both will continue to be involved with IntelliDOT’s success as observers.

Thomas Klopack, president and CEO of IntelliDOT, said: “Margaret has a strong healthcare background that included a senior operating role at McKesson and she is currently the CEO of a healthcare IT business process outsourcing company. She is an excellent, experienced operational addition to our board.”
