Callidus Software introduces new mobile sales coaching solution

The new application manages the entire sales talent lifecycle from onboarding, to incentives and rewards, to coaching and performance optimization, while offering visibility into operations and financial performance.

The company will make the application available in iPad and Androidœ platforms in the second quarter of 2011.

The new application will allow the sales users to easily collaborate on deals as they occur, in the context of deal engagements.

The software is used by companies in a range of verticals including pharmaceuticals, high-tech, telecommunications, banking and insurance.

Callidus Software Marketing senior vice president Lorna Heynike said Callidus’ extension of its sales mobility platform to their newly acquired coaching solution will enable sales people to apply real time coaching to their daily sales situations wherever they are.
