Carbogen Amcis’ portfolio of development and manufacturing services will undergo an expansion with the addition of formulation, lyophilization services and sterile GMP capabilities.
The services are believed to bolster drug products’ development for preclinical studies and clinical trials.
Following the deal, Creapharm Parenterals will now be called Carbogen Amcis SAS.
The financial details of the transaction have not been revealed.
