Mr Patriacca, currently an independent financial consultant, most recently served as vice president, CFO and Treasurer of MacroChem, a US-based publicly-traded specialty pharmaceutical company.
Mr Patriacca has received his MBA in finance/accounting, and his BS/BA in accounting from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts.
