Mr Peizer will remain on the board, and Mr Goldberger will remain on the board of the company’s operating subsidiary.
Mr McCrann was recently senior vice president of DaVita, a provider of kidney care services in the US. Prior to that, Mr McCrann was the CEO and president of PacifiCare Dental and Vision.
Mr Peizer said: “We are extremely pleased to have Kelly join our experienced management team.
