eBioscience Corporation, a provider of cell analysis reagents, has acquired NatuTec GmbH, a distributor of biological research reagents located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
The NatuTec acquisition is expected to help eBioscience strengthen its customer service, technical support and overall brand in Europe.
