Elder Pharma’s NutraHealth buys Max Healthcare in UK

Representing the company’s move to foray again into the OTC pharmaceutical category, the acquisition is expected to extend and enhance the existing OTC product range.

Max Healthcare owns a range of marketing authorisations and provides own label and branded OTC medicines and products to a range of customers.

Managed in parallel with its subsidiary Brunel Healthcare Manufacturing, the Max Healthcare will operate as a subsidiary of NutraHealth.

With the majority of its manufacturing operations taking place in India, Max is mostly an outsourcing business.

Elder Pharmaceuticals is a Mumbai, India based pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing organisation with globally accredited manufacturing facilities and an extensive marketing and distribution network.
