Genmed focuses on the delivery of low cost generic pharmaceutical drugs directly to distribution channels.
Genmed said prior to the approval it was already approved to distribute 20 and 30 tablet package sizes under seven EU country distribution license.
Genmed CEO Erwin Bouwens said this step opens up the French over-the-counter market for them.
"For some time now, we have been having discussions with potential customers in France to announce our first French distribution deal within weeks," Bouwens said.
