The company is a single source for skilled nursing; physical, occupational, speech and neurorehabilitation services; hospice services; social work; nutrition; disease management education; help with daily living activities and other therapies and services.
The company expects to realize net cash flow of $65 to $70m as a result of the transaction.
The transaction is expected to close within the next few weeks.
