The Cardiashred, which has 32 ingredients including omega 3’s (fish source), CoQ10, betaine and piperine, grape seed extract, is designed to help all adults manage their weight, be heart healthy, maintain energy and build lean muscle mass.
Studies have shown that elite athletes have slight increased cardiac markers of inflammation and may be prone to cardiac issues even more than the general population.
