Veeva CRM will help HGS with all specialty care sales reps and medical science liaisons in Germany, Spain and France.
According to HGS, Veeva’s pharmaceutical industry expertise and understanding of HGS’ sales model is the key to the smooth implementation.
HGS Europe marketing and sales operations associate director Kevin Crowe said Veeva CRM would help them improve customer traction by enabling their reps to more effectively measure calls and profile customers.
"Additionally, Veeva CRM is a great system for improving customer targeting, making us more efficient at turning non-prescribers into advocates," Crowe added.
