IntelliCell manufactures SVF cells from non-living donated adipose tissue

The cells have been grown in culture and have the correct CD antibody markers for mesenchymal stem cells and other cells that are consistent with SVF cells.

SVF cells, for the first time, will be harvested from non-living adipose tissue to identify the cellular characteristics, which will be provided for clinical research purposes.

IntelliCell BioSciences chairman and CEO Steven Victor said SVF cells from adipose tissue may soon be readily available for researchers and institutions around the world to study and advance the field of cellular therapy with SVFs.

IntelliCell BioSciences Clinical Development EVP Robert J. Sexauer said, "Much as organ donation has saved many, many lives, this process can lead to the development of new lifesaving treatments."
