Mr Fox is a chairman and non-executive director at Biota Holdings, non-executive director and deputy chairman at Elders Limited; and non-executive director at Air New Zealand, MS Research Australia and TTP Group (UK).
Additionally, he was the managing director at Vision Systems from 1993 to 2006, which developed, manufactured and supplied cancer diagnostic systems and sold contract R&D services to healthcare markets in Australia, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
