Under the pact, IDBS will install its Bioprocess Execution System to optimize the management of process development data and drive operational excellence to Lonza customers.
According to IDBS, the Bioprocess Execution System allows data to be stored in context and more effectively shared between groups, deployed as a source of corporate knowledge, and used to monitor and improve process development and biological production operations.
Lonza Mammalian Development Services head Steve Flatman said that adopting IDBS’s Bioprocess Execution System as the data management solution will help them improve their processes and enhance the quality of the services we provide to customers.
