Ghaziabad has four industrial sites, a population of over one million and is well connected by rail and road.
The Ghaziabad plant was founded in 1969 as a multi-product pharmaceutical plant. Over the years, Unichem claims to have put in effort to constantly improve quality standards and consistency.
In 2003, the manufacturing facility was completely upgraded to meet the international standards for the manufacture of pharmaceutical formulations.
