The collaboration will enable both the companies to deliver end-to-end services from initial drug discovery through to early and late phase manufacturing.
Under the alliance, Molecular Profiles will benefit with Onyx Scientific’s specialism in active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) production and initial solid state screening, while Onyx will benefit with Molecular Profiles’ expertise in formulation and analytical development and early phase clinical trial manufacturing.
Molecular Profiles commercial director Claire Madden-Smith said, "Our customers are now able to access services ranging from API production through to formulation development and late stage manufacturing, providing flexibility and the opportunity to experience a consistent delivery across these stages."
