The companies have also been requesting the government to upgrade the basic technical teaching systems, for better trained human source to manage the sector on long term sustainable basis, The Economic Times reported.
Pharma Association head, Emcure regional director Satish Kaul was quoted by the news agency as saying that, "We have been suggesting the government to set up a pharmacology college on war footing and the sector will not only help train and teach them but will adjust the graduates as and when they complete their education."
