SOHM president and CEO Shailesh Shah said they have completed the previously announced acquisition of the tangible and intangible assets, rights and technical intellectual property and formulation of all the products of Novatrend Medicament.
"This acquisition will bring in a range of dermatology and cosmeceutical products to the product portfolio of SOHM," Shah said.
SOHM has appointed Novatrend’s pharmaceutical veteran Sanjiv Bosamia as new CEO for its new acquired dermatology and cosmeceutical division.
Bosamia’s appointment will facilitate SOHM to acheive its goal of transitioning from generic drugs to innovative & knowledge based products.
