Garcinia Cambogia Extract consists of Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA), which enables weight loss more than three times than diet and exercise alone, according to a study published by Dr. Harry Preuss of Georgetown University.
Research stated that, in order to reach the desired levels of potency Garcinia Cambogia supplements must be standardized to at least 50% HCA.
