Headquartered in Norcross, GA, Spear has been instrumental in helping the client develop and implement comprehensive project controls programs including methods, procedures, processes and systems. Currently, Spear is providing a complement of project controls professionals responsible for project control program implementation at two domestic sites while providing consultants for specific assignments at other locations.
The projects encompass research facilities, offices and infrastructure, manufacturing and packaging facilities. The manufacturing and packaging facilities include Biologics, Vaccine, approved pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and bulk chemical processes.
