The project, which is worth $2m, is expected to be operational on January 1, 2011. Ness Technologies will support the project through the end of April 2011.
The Oracle E-Business Suite is a suite of integrated, global business applications, which provides a complete, integrated business intelligence portfolio, global business platform, and customer-focused applications strategy.
Ness Technologies has deployed and operated similar solutions for other companies in their sectors, such as Vitkovice and Dalkia Czech Republic. The company claims to have a wide domain expertise in manufacturing.
The expertise will be used by Ness Technologies in the Teva Czech Industries project. The cooperation between the duo is not limited only to the Czech market, and as a regional partner, the technology company is able to support the pharmaceutical company’s strategy throughout the whole region.
