TOMI to open new facility for binary ionization technology equipment in San Diego

The company purchased intellectual property of the decontamination and infectious disease control system from L-3 Communications.

Expected to boost the functionality of the company’s product line, the new San Diego facility is likely to be used even as a testing laboratory and quality control center for products manufactured under the supervision of TOMI.

TOMI chief executive officer Dr. Halden Shane said, "We believe that controlling the research and development aspects of the BIT system, and the technology manufacturing pipeline, we will continue to produce cutting edge technologies that may lead to greater net revenues over the long term."
