Pilgrim Software is a provider of Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Quality Management (ERCQM) software solutions.
The SmartSolve expansion includes the first-time rollout by United Drug of Pilgrim’s Training Management software, a comprehensive solution for ensuring employee job quality and compliance by managing personnel skill sets/certifications and streamlining course management activities.
United Drug also has purchased Pilgrim’s Dutch Language Packs to enable its Netherlands operation to effectively implement and engage the SmartSolve suite.
Earlier this year, the United Drug has implemented Pilgrim’s integrated ERCQM platform to enable the global enterprise to manage, streamline and optimise quality and operational processes across its multiple divisions.
United Drug Quality Assurance director Gwynne Morely said that with the flexibility and scalability tools built into its core solutions, Pilgrim’s software has provided them an effective framework for continuous improvement under one quality system platform.
