Validus pharmaceutical had been using a CRM system that ran on PDAs and could not report on all sales activity data.
The screens on the PDA devices previously using were small, which made it difficult for physicians when signing for samples.
iRep which now runs on iPad takes advantage of the large display.
Validus is also using the CLM functionality in iRep to display detail aids electronically.
Validus Sales and Marketing vice president Richard Post said with the iRep they are able to easily capture information such as calls per day, reach and frequency and response to marketing messages give them the information they needed.
