Super Supplements based in Seattle, Washington, operates 31 stores in the Pacific Northwest.
Stifel Nicolaus Weisel served as financial advisor while Latham & Watkins served as legal counsel to the Vitamin Shoppe.
Super Supplements’s financial advisor on the transaction was Cascadia Capital and Dorsey & Whitney had served as legal counsel.
