In this manuscript, Malvern Panalytical compares the stability of three different engineered antibodies as determined by size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis during accelerated stability studies, with the stability predicted by differential scanning calligraphy (DSC).
The results demonstrate a correlation between decreased thermostability based on DSC data and greater aggregation formation during accelerated stability studies for the antibodies studied.
The results demonstrate how DSC can be a useful tool in stability screenings of engineered proteins.
