Temple's unique disease management study uses the LogPad to investigate the impact of a pulmonary call center on COPD patient hospitalizations, deaths, lung function and quality of life. The LogPad uses automatic graded scoring and real-time alerts at the site to identify warning signs of exacerbations, and notifies patients when they need to contact the call center based on these scores.
