TCTC was granted ISO9001:2008 accreditation following a recent audit of its Quality Management System by SGS auditors.
A full service CRO, incorporated originally in the UK, TCTC has enjoyed rapid expansion of its client base and global reach since its inception in 2002.
TCTC are committed to continual improvement through customer focus and feedback, quality planning, process management and measuring key performance indicators. The reflection of this in TCTC’s Quality Management System is now formally recognised by way of ISO9001:2008 accreditation.
TCTC’s Head of Quality, Stephen Keys said of the certification: “Our mission is to provide a consistent and quality service for our customers, and this accreditation now demonstrates our ability to meet the needs the requirements of our clients, while complying with all applicable regulations”.
