The total business value amounts to 6.4 million, which includes the implementation project of Platina, which largely will be handled by Formpipe’s licensed partner Agio.

In the procurement documents Nacka state that they were looking for a strategic partner that delivers a modern and cross-platform standard product. The municipality was looking for a case- and document management system that includes board handling and the ability to make adjustments based on roles and processes.

The contract award decision gives the contract to Formpipe and in accordance with the Public Procurement Act follows a standstill period for ten days before contract can be signed. During this period, other suppliers may apply for a review procedure at the Administrative Court.
