At PHT, Steve will be responsible for all aspects of Product Development, Product Management and Service Delivery.

Steve is extremely familiar with the eClinical industry and understands the critical role technology systems play in clinical research."

Steve was previously Vice President of Software and Services, Health Sciences Global Business Unit (HSGBU) at Oracle Corporation. In that role, he led a team of 1,100 professionals and was responsible for all aspects of product development, services, support, and hosting (SAAS services) for HSGBU Oracle and Phase Forward products.
Prior to Oracle, Steve was Senior Vice President of Software and Services for Phase Forward, where he was responsible for all product development, global services, hosting, helpdesk and information technology. At Phase Forward Steve was involved in all acquisitions from identification to integration. He was instrumental in the company’s success including the 2004 IPO and 2010 $685 million sale to Oracle.
Steve has held numerous executive leadership positions at other Boston Area high tech companies including APTSoft, W3Health, McKessonHBOC and HPR Inc. He began his software career at Cullinet Software, the leading database and application software company for IBM mainframes.
