Strategikon Pharma announced a global update for its Clinical Maestro™ platform that advances capabilities for tracking out of scope services (aka change orders) and improves flexibility for service providers responding to RFPs through Clinical Maestro.
The LEAD module of Clinical Maestro focuses on Accruals & Forecasting. Within this module, providers can now add ‘out of scope’ changes related to minor tasks (in the contract or new) for the Sponsor’s review and negotiation. This functionality incorporates a comprehensive comments module, which documents and tracks this process for both Sponsors and Providers. Once approved, out of scope items are integrated into the next unit reports so that Providers can report consistently on the task including the updated scope.
This comprehensive release offers additional features that enhance clinical study planning, budgeting, and outsourcing through the Clinical Maestro platform, such as:
“As Strategikon’s customer base expands, we are continually refining the Clinical Maestro platform for both Sponsors and Providers. We have seen increased sophistication and major improvements in our clients’ clinical business operations in just the last twelve months,” said Anca Copaescu, CEO of Strategikon Pharma. “Clinical trials are very dynamic in nature and this is especially true for decentralized trials. Robust Out of Scope and Change management capability is vital for both sides to be able to accurately track study budgets and progress against goals. The ability to quickly and easily generate accurate budgets and RFPs and to respond to requests helps improve the agility of both Sponsors and CROs and better their time to market.”
