All data are transmitted to the Radio Printer unit, a stand alone device that doesn’t require either a PC or software to work. It has a display and keyboard to manage all the sensors connected and the received data. It has a thermal printer to print all the data into reports that can be given to
customers or kept for future controls. The Radio Printer also lets you set alarms on each sensor, both for maximum and minimum thresholds.
This system is the final solution for several applications:
The Radio Printer has four different monitoring methods for transport and continuous monitoring. It prints a report with statistics (minimum, maximum and average), with sensor serial number, calibration expiry date, symbols to indicate values out of thresholds and all data acquired. The unit works with external power supply but also has a backup battery to keep it working, receiving data and
printing, if the external supply should go down.
It’s easy compact and can be moved easily around the room so as to place it in the best position to receive data from all the sensors connected. There are two versions of the Radio Printer and it has a USB port (Radio Printer USB). It also has a feature that allows you to download all the recorded data to a USB pen driver connected to this port and import them into the TSR software for Windows PC. In this way you can save all data electronically on your PC and print reports with graphs.
Free yourself from the use of the PC and complicated systems. Set up a Radio Printer system and improve the quality of your service saving time for you to do your job. Along with this new data loggers, we invite you to read our tutorial documentation on sterilisation and pasteurisation on
