The company has also announced that Richard Tajak has been appointed executive vice president and CFO, succeeding Lisa Gopala.
Both Patrick and Lisa served in their roles under a shared services arrangement following the separation of APP and Abraxis BioScience in November 2007. These two appointments are consistent with representations made to the internal revenue service in connection with the receipt of the private letter ruling in the separation.
