news.Canada-based Immunotec, a developer of health and wellness products, has appointed Robert Depatie to its board of directors. The company's number of directors has now increased from eight to nine.

Mr Depatie is the president and CEO of Videotron, a position he has held since June 2003. He joined Videotron in December 2001 as principal vice president of sales, marketing and customer service.
Prior to joining Videotron, Mr Depatie held many high level positions in the food distribution industry, such as president of Distributions alimentaires Le Marquis/Planters.
Immunotec also announced that the composition of its audit committee has been modified by the replacement of Don Watt by Mr Depatie. The company’s audit committee consists of three members of the board of directors: Mr Depatie, Alex Konigsberg and Jean Couture, chair of the committee.
