news.CereScan, a provider of high-definition functional brain imaging solutions, has appointed John Kelley to its board as both a member and as chairman.

Mr Kelley has over 20 years of senior executive experience including serving as the chairman of the board of directors, president and CEO of McDATA. Prior to joining McDATA, he served as executive vice president of networks at Qwest Communications after serving as president of wholesale markets and federal services for the US west.
Previously, Mr Kelley was area president for Mead Corporation’s Zellerbach southwest business unit and held senior positions at Xerox and NBI. He also served on the board of directors of Polycom, is a member of the Rocky Mountain Inroads Board, a mentoring program, and a board member of the Women’s Vision Foundation and Tie-Rockies.
